Recent inspection house built in 2002 had a gas fired hot water tank located in the garage with open attic space above. HWT vented through the roof. Later addition of a finished bouns room over the garage. The HWT original vent pipe remained in the finished bouns room; looked strange, recommended an inspection by the gas company. What do you think? :confused:
