Whats the difference between the I.B.C. and I.R.C. codes rules. Thanks for any Info.

The occupancy types/construction type they apply to.

Ex. Free standing Single family homes/duplex/True townhomes with lot lines (IRC) vs. Condo or Quad style townhomes/apartments, co-ops, mixed use occupancies, etc.(IBC).
