We have an immediate need for an inspector to inspect a vinyl floor in a nursing home in Langdon, ND 58249.
This is a very easy inspection but there is a lot of square footage. Payment for this inspection is negotiable.
You are required to have a moisture meter. Temperature and humidity readings required along with pictures. We will send you a checklist of what to look for. No destructive testing is required.
Payment will be made within 10 days of completion of the inspection or immediatly after the inspection if you don't accept bankcards.
You are responsible for setting the appointment. The inspection report must be submitted on our website within 48 hours of the inspection.
