Also you might want to contact Kurt Solomon, he runs a good size mitigation business along with his inspection company out in your area. Home Inspections Services - Utah, Salt Lake City, Park City, Sandy (http://www.inspectutah.com/) Although he is a competitor, I bet he would be glad to talk with you about the mitigation business.
