Yes
Only problem I see is the 2 nails in the flashing, should have been under the shingle.

Looks like they just used roofing cement, it does not hold up over time exposed, I would prefer to see NP1 or a good polyurethane caulk. Had one yesterday where they used sillycone, will people never learn.:)

The whole thing is wrong.
It's either an idiot's step flashing or a lazy man's step flashing.
I love the way they caulked the bottom of the shingle. That's some clever feller there.
Anyone else hear the theme from a Deliverance?

I don't see any caulk along the bottom of the shingle. All I see is unpainted metal above the paint line.
