This window has a plastic or vinyl trim at the outside.
Several of the trim pieces are loose and the bottom one shown in this picture has fallen off.
The trim pieces did not appear to be a key component in keeping water out as the window is sealed internally.
Would the recommendation be to re attach the trim piece with an exterior rated caulk?
