Hey Guys,
Here's one of my favorite work conditions, and why we get the "BIG" bucks.
After my explanation of the dangers associated with this panel and the fried neutral wire, the realtor asked me, "Do you think FHA will ok this?"
On a side note, can anyone identify the 50 amp breaker?

Makes you wonder when the same real estate agent asks time after time if that will pass FHA. :confused: That 50-amp breaker look like an American.

Obviously the agent is more concerned about her commission than her clients' safety. Nothing new.

The breaker is most likely a UBI* ChiCom aftermarket item.
