Welcome to the board. I do have a couple of questions though.

Your WEB site does not list any of your company or employee license numbers even though you state they are licensed employees.
I can find no matching record for any "Casteel", in your area, with a plumbers license, appliance repair license, backflow prevention license, or any HVAC licenses. I was also not able to find any matching company names as well. Are the licensing agency records all incorrect or are the licenses under some other name? Are you a registered corporation in the State of Texas? If so I am unable to find a record of it and also there is no required registration on file with the Texas Comptroller's office for payment of Franchise taxes. Is your company running under a different corporation name? There was no clear corporation name on your WEB site so it could not be verified. If you are not a registered corporation with Texas, have you registered your DBA with Harris County, The City of Houston, and/or the various areas you offer services in? Again I was not able to find any record of DBA's matching your company. Re: check all local county and municipality WEB sites.
Not that I am a big fan of the BBB but they have you rated as a grade of "F" in their database, Re: Houston Appliance Repair and Service Review - APPLIANCES SMALL SERVICE AND REPAIR in Houston , TX - BBB Reliability Report - BBB serving Greater Houston and South Texas (http://www.bbb.org/houston/business-reviews/appliances-small-service-and-repair/houston-appliance-repair-and-service-in-houston-tx-90005652/). Have you considered speaking with them regarding this as many consumers do still use the BBB when checking out companies.Is it possible that any or all of the above is under a name other than what is on your WEB site? This could be just a lack of information on your WEB site that you should consider adding. Houston is suffering from quite a bit of contractor fraud since the hurricane Ike incident. By placing some of this information on your WEB site then potential clients can better verify your business. All of these items above could just be from unclear advertising?

When I first clicked on the links above I was sent to houstonappliancerepair.net. Since nothing was found there the only thing to check with the BBB was the URL or the 877-244-4580 number which yielded this from the BBB, Houston Appliance Repair and Service Review - APPLIANCES SMALL SERVICE AND REPAIR in Houston , TX - BBB Reliability Report - BBB serving Greater Houston and South Texas (http://www.bbb.org/houston/business-reviews/appliances-small-service-and-repair/houston-appliance-repair-and-service-in-houston-tx-90005652/).
