Inspecting a house today with nobody home and while I am upstairs, the woman comes home and goes outside to get sun by the pool, topless. I know I should not have but I took a photo.

Isn't Gene the Texas inspector that's over 80 and still inspecting.
If so, for coming up with this joke I think his Man Card should be renewed for life. :D

I found a huge plastic tarantula inside the service distribution panel cover. What a start that was! Great April Fool's joke but, come on!

I would say that would be a safety hazard--:eek: for the inspector!! Don't fall out the window while taking the pic and turn the flash off. ;)
