This is a new or replaced installation. It looks like they missed a few items. I noticed no bushing from the service meter, and no grounding.
It appears that the electrician who installed this used what was there and did not add anything. The extra wires coming out are from a small transfer switch and they were connected with a split bolt connector. My questions would be:
1. Can they share the grounding rod from this switch box?
2. Are the connectors the right ones leaving the switch box to the transfer switch.
3. What type of bushings would be the best for this application.
