Swamp cooler cord

The electric cord on this swamp cooler seems wrong. It is labeled as "trailer cable". Is this a literal translation as in a cord/cable for the trailer being towed behind my truck next week? Or is this some other type of cable?

Either way it does not seem appropriate for a roof top swamp cooler power supply.

I would say it's for what it's marked as & it's not suitable for line voltage, besides flexible cords are not a substitute for perm. wiring even if it was listed. :D

6 conductor trailer cable is usually rated for 60 volts or less. So no ... not allowed for the swamp cooler unless you put turn signals on it..
