Double taps on main lugs

I'm interested in what kind of language you folks use when you find double tapping on the main lugs. What kind of hazards do you warn of? Just looking for good wording that a typical home buyer can understand. Thanks.

How about a note saying the lugs are only listed for one conductor and have multiple conductors improperly terminated in them.

How far do the doubled conductors run? They are unfused for whatever length their run is.
