More green corrosion

This green corrosion was near support hangers. I never seen this type of support bracket, it appear that the pipes were soldered to the brackets They appear to be copper, however I am not sure of this. Possible dissimilar metal reaction?

If they were soldered then sometimes too much flux during the installation can lead to the green corrosion.
