Chris, try hovering over the pictures for a file name.
Let this be a lesson to us all, you might want to rename your photos before posting to avoid giving out confidential information.

Looks like I might be ending or curtailing my posting of pics here seeing as how easy it is to find the property on line from the file names.

Learned long ago...there is no such thing as a bad house just a bad deal on the house. If there is enough money in the deal to tear it down and build new then it may well be worth it if that is what is called for.

All you can do as an inspector is provide enough information to allow your client to make an informed decision. If you client wants to live in a dirt floor log cabin located the back woods then so be it.

Perthaps I have gone too far in making my point?

I have to resize most photos before posting them, so I rename at the same time and save as a separate image on my desktop. Doesn't take long.
Maybe I'll start naming them with Rick's address ...

Maybe I'll start naming them with Rick's address ...Ditto. I avoid posting or do a lot of cropping if the site is recognizable, too. This calls for Edit, Delete action pronto, IMO. :D
I name files by date. Today's job is 04-16-10A. Try and find it.

BTW, it may not be a real balcony, but it's still a good thing to have. A fire escape.
