Thanks everyone for the warm welcome, and best wishes to you, Mike, as an incoming VP. The SoCal chapter of CREIA is an amazing group and one of the reasons I decided to get into the business.

Brea's changed a lot since the 70s. . . sometimes I wished it hadn't but time marches on!
