Can anyone provide a way to identify this roofing system in a report? Its on a domed roof over a hotel. It appears to be a spray-on insulation, covered with a membrane (I can't tell if it's old, stiff rubber or felt), which appears to have been painted over with a roofing paint.
I need to give it some kind of name in my report, but I'm not sure what.

I'd defer to a dermatologist.

Oh... you wanted a helpful answer?
Looks like deteriorated Gacoflex or a similar elastomeric coating.

Yah, that too. ;) I think it dates back to the 60's. It's looks better than I did at that age, but it's still not pretty.

It is spray foam roofing and has a top coating applied to protect the foam.

Thanks Jerry. I knew it was a spray foam. I wsn't sure of the protective covering, or if the entire system had a particular name. The links help. Thanks again.
