Do you make any kind of statement on your reports of this new law?

I have a little statement I put in the report next to my other 1978 Lead paint statement.

I was not even aware of it until yesterday. Currently I just have the generic statement that most if not all homes built prior to 1978 have a high probability of lead paint and that this inspection does not confirm or refute the presence of it.
