Double tapping...

Hi all...attached is a pic of double tapping at the service entrance. I am wondering if this is considered acceptable. Any thoughts?

Nope, not acceptable.

Also looks like there are possibly some cut off strands too.

Not to mention the corrosion all over the right terminal.

And the multiple tapped ground/neutral on the right too.

Some one needs to re-wire that properly.

I'm also guessing those are parallel conductors too - and they are too small for that.
