Corrosion/Deposit at Trane Furnace

Any opinions/ information on the significance (or lack of same) of the corrosion/deposits at this furnace?

Looks like 99% of the ones I've seen lately. Condensation leaks, Service and monitor.

It looks like a drainage problem. I've seen quite a few of those little rubber drain hoses 'pinched' so the condensation doesn't drain.

That unit is also not installed according to manufacturers installation instructions.

Any 120,000 BTU furnace is supposed to have a return drop pulled from both sides or from the bottom but not one side only.
