1. Would you say they were very smart....

2. Average....

3. Or a bit slow and hard to deal with :mad: could be a big problem....

Most of the clients that ask me about mold. I find them to have very little understanding of mold almost superstitious like.

Depends on how long they have been exposed to the mold.:D

What I've have found with people asking about mold is that most are actually excited thinking that their insurance company is going to come into to their home and do a complete remodel project. Everything is going to be replaced and their not going to be out a dime.

Actually, not to many have even asked about any health concerns.

But seriously... most of the "mold" clients I get are secondary to moisture intrusion inspections, and their most immediate concern is whether they should "test for mold".

I Had a mold client last week. a brother and sister team. late 50s living on SSI. Grand ma & pa was buying them a new home to lived in.

Very odd these 2 were... they could not be around anything even dirt was on there list of bad thing.
