Stair help!

I have some picture I have uploaded, these are of stairs that I don't think are in the best they could be.

All help is needed and I hope my pictures will help you.

PICTURE:

1ST - Is looking ok, the railing are in and seem to be strong, there is a little gap on the left as you see against the wall but nothing that will hurt anyone.

2nd -This is the upper part of stair, we got two 2 x 12 built to fit, screw in with anger, now the stairs it self doesn't have any suppourt other then screw from wood to wall, tied into the beam?

3RD - This picture is showing under the stairs, were there are two 2x12 being used for support too hold centre stairs?

4th - NOW THIS IS WERE, I got lost, stairs don't move and they are tied in at the bottom, but as you see in picture there is a over hang. What should be done for this?

Apparently we have a failure to communicate, so I'll be BLUNT.

Installation not correct. Frankly from your posts it is obvious you do not know what you're doing.

You aren't going to get anywhere without details on the structure. Knowledge of framing details/architectural details are required.

Get a licensed/insured qualified contractor/frame-carpenter in there to undo your incorrect DIY install of your off-site built/ordered replacement stair and do the job right.

Screws are wrong, period! Placement of pre-manufactured stair is wrong (bearing on nothing hanging on screws) base is uncaptured/unrestrained. No details on structure above or below.

Next time get a permit and inspection too.
