Site is not that old.Interesting. The site I went to to check domain age said differently. Your WHOIS report looks correct.

Fair point Rick,

In my defense, I did only re-list information from the publicly available WHOIS report for the site that is for sale. I did XXX out phone number and email address so the site administrator was not easily spammed, but probably should have blanked out more of the mailing address. :o
