That's pretty incredible.

Here in MN if a house is deemed "structurally unsound" they won't let anyone go in it, let alone film a news story inside. There was one a couple weeks ago only a few blocks from my house where part of the roof collapsed while the workers were re-shingling. They ended up declaring it "structurally unsound" and tore it down with the owner's belongings in it.
