I don't think the termination of the handrail is proper but maybe some the experirence guys will pipe up!

With the limited view in that photo, its hard to tell, 'could' be okay.

Alright.... what's going on Brian???

I was unable to upload the same file that Jim posted due to the size. Jim's .pdf file was downloaded to my computer with 1.18MB space-- that's still too large do upload.

What gives, how come that file (1.18) uploaded and wasn't too large??
