Age of Electric Furnace

I am trying to determine the approximate age of a furnace. It is a Fraser-Johnston and the Model # is 36HP1NBA and the Serial number is C803474. This house was built in 1977.

I'm not sure, go to the source, you are more than likely to get lip lashed by the inspection news gestapo for posting a simple question here.
I try to keep all the factory links handy so i can just call and get the years.
Of course, they don't work weekends like us.
