Two layers of asphalt, one layer cedar shingles, all worn out. Rusted heatilator fireplace, leaning chimney separating itself from the house. Old clay drain tiles, a sump pump on an extension cord. Leaking back deck, rotten wood posts and door frames. Two old stained chipped bathtubs, a cracked toilet, two razor plug outlets, no exhaust fans, range hood vents into the attic. 4” of Vermiculite in the attic. Bedroom window too small for egress.
I saw a nice truck on the way home. :cool:
