As a true baseball fan, I enjoy watching great play.

As much as I despise the Phillies, a tip of the hat goes to Doc Halladay for the gem he pitched the other day.

It also saddens me to say this (because I loath J Rollins) but the Phillies are the team to beat this year.

Well, I ain't laughing now. Phils have come up very short and now are on the brink of elimination. They need Roy Halladay to have a typical Halladay shut-down performance tonight and they to get hits and move runners along. They've been watching too many hittable pitches go by and swinging at the off-speed stuff out of the zone.
