hey all

looked high and low. can anyone give me the age of a munchkin boiler model #199mlpr1 serial # c199cp1416. those 99 number scream out to me but doesn't jive with 1991 age of house

Munchkins boiler do not have the manufacturer date in the serial code as far as I know. The 99 you are seeing is part of the model and type of boiler, its actually 199 meaning it is a 199 BTU boiler model. The date is usully on a sticker on the inside of the grey cover. Hope this helps.
