Sorry but I have been too busy lately to post or even keep up on Inspectionnews. I'm setting up my own inspection company after being employed by a HouseMaster franchise for 11 yrs and 3 different franchise owners, I finally grew a pair and took the plunge. And "ya know what" it's not too bad! It's actually fun and gives me and excuse to get into offices I normally couldn't. Funny thing is most of the agents said that now that I don't have that worthless garrantee to protect and the high price to cover the franchise fee they will hand out my card. Funny how things fall into place when the intentions are right. And it's working and so am I.
