I think it would be better if you used real materials instead of special effects.

I must admit that I doubt your intentions of posting the video here is to have others proof it, but......

In the final step, you say counter flashing but the illustration implies that the house wrap should be over the pan flashing, which in your illustration would be ok, but in most real world applications would be incorrect.
