Hello, everyone. I am a licensed pest control technician, and I do all of the real estate inspections(CL-100's) for my employer's main office. I run into a lot of the same things you all do, and just thought it would be nice to have a reference when I see these things. Thanks.

Welcome David, I knew you were from S.C. as soon as I seen "CL 100".

As far as I know CL 100 is exclusive to South Carolina, I have been asked what it stands for and I do not know.

Can you enlighten me?

I'm not really sure what it stands for! The term WIR has been used more the past few years.
