Not really. I watch Nascar and never drove one or owned one.

Race, no.
Ride, quite a bit. (street, MX, trail, etc.)
Got a question?

I don't race but I love to watch it. The Supercross season just started so I tape the weekend races then watch qualifying and the races during the week while I eat lunch.

I do ride although I have not been out for about a year.

In the garage collecting dust I have a dual sported KTM 525. I'm more of a desert rider. If you can't get at least 100 miles in during the day it's not worth putting on all the gear.

The picture is from one of my LA to Vegas rides. About 400+ miles off road. It's a two day ride stopping in Barstow for the night.

Once upon a time before too many body parts were banged up or broken I use to race in Hair and Hound races and go on a lot of Turkey runs that other clubs would set up. On occasssion, just on local tracks I would race but never got into that end seriously. The Hair and Hound races were an all out 5 mile loop where you used the man in front of you for traction if he fell in a corner (not really but kind of). That is far worse than motocross and only animals run those races.

At 27 A friend called and said he was on his way over to pick me up for a Sunday run and I told him I was not going anymore. Then I clarified. "If you can find someone to buy my bike sell it for what ever you can get for it" I never road again.

I have a KTM also 250SXF. I've had a lot of bikes this such a nice bike. I have over 100 Hrs and my Mechanic said the valves, compression everything was perfect. Great bike.
A 1 was pretty cool. I think Ryan Villapoto and Hansen is going to do pretty good this year. Give JS a run for his money.

Hi Brian,

That's a nice bike you've got.

My dual sport bike is a Husqvarna TE510. I've got an older DR350, but it's a buddy bike.

My last motocross race was 20 years ago and my last hare scrambles was 10 years ago. Lots of new off-road racing series around here in the last couple of years, so I am thinking about getting back into racing a bit this year.

I ride a Husqvarna TXC250 with a 310 kit.

I raced in high school, and rode for a while after college. When I moved to NM I never got another bike. It sure was fun, though. I rode my nephews brand new 250 over Christmas. They're all four strokes now, or just about all of them. Nice bike.

That looks like the newer plastics. Is that 10 or 09?

Yes, 4 strokes kinda took over. They do make 2 strokes still, but not all manufactures make them.

Over 20 years of desert, INDIAN DUNES and you name it..

Recently got rid of my YZ250 2 Stroke...

I didn't seem to slow down very well and that bike ripped :D 2 strokes as we all know are "hard to get off the gas" . I may replace this summer with a 4 Stroke Yamaha..

No street stuff though... cars are heavy and they hurt when they hit you.
