What? You think it doesn't kill germs on contact?

On contact, now I understand, you use it like a hammer and whack the little buggers.
At first I thought you were supposed to just wave it around and "Poof" all those bad old germs are gone.

UVC is very effective at killing germs, viruses, mold etc. What I would question is the qualityof the product. People and animals should not be exposed to UVC light but the UVC light will not pass through glass.
The top one would not be effective without a fan moving air past the light. With a fan it might treat a bedroom.
UVC lights are used in hospitals and food processing plants and are effective and safe.
I would say the wand would work but there are safety procautions that should be followed. OREC has a vacuum with a UVC light on the bottom.
