Hey Marc,

Looks like the Cluster@%#$ 5000 to me. There is a W-3 shroud (no longer listed due to fire hazard) with an additional (added) sheet metal rain diverter. The piece you are pointing at is the bottom of a two part termination. This section is called the slip section. Now it depends on which listed termination (not present) it came from for the exact part number.
