Unusual AC installation

I came across the application of a window type AC system yesterday installed at a interior garage wall for a converted interior garage bedroom and am looking for verbiage to use in describing potential problems....

The biggest issue is carbon monoxide intrusion through the breach in the separation wall between the garage and house. Easy fix, take it out and restore the wall.
Then there are other issues with condensation and excess heat pumped into the garage.
