Garage entrance door

Have a garage entrance door (fire rated) that swings into the garage. Is this ok?

If it swings out over a step, then repairs are needed. If it swings out over a landing, then I am unaware of any standard that says you can not have it swing into the garage.

Thanks Brandon. Yes, it does swing over a landing. The landing is a foot larger than the door swing and measures 4ft x 4ft.
