Modular framing question

Modular home with framing/nailing defects. Large gap in picture 1 where cripple wall framing comes up short. Visible light observed in picture 2 where nails have pulled out of cripple wall or were never set correctly, and overlapped OSB roof sheathing in picture 3. All of this was in one area, the rest of the framing was okay. As this is a modular home I am wondering if this should be wrote up as repaired to manufacturers specifications, or repaired as necessary by a licensed general contractor.

How about "Have the appropriate repairs made by a qualified individual or contractor". Why single out a specific person or method?

Unless the home was still under some type of manufacturer's warranty I would recommend a contractor.

You might add Licensed to designation of qualified as to better describe who. You might be qualified but not licensed. If NC has licensing for contractors. Cover your self a little more, just encase client is an idiot and need it spelled out.
