I see frayed insulation, missing knockouts, missing antioxidant, panel cover duct taped in place.

Both fuse blocks must be pulled to disconnect power to the distribution circuits, yes?

Do you see any defects? or anything else that should be brought to the attention of the buyer?

60 amp is no longer considered adequate service for single family homes. 100 amp is new minimum.

There are enough issues that sparky needs to be called to fix all issues. With something like this, I list the ones I see and say fix these and any and all issues by licensed electrical contractor.

Is this still the service for the house or is it now a sub-panel?

James, it's still the service for the home.

Until recently, the home was occupied by a 100 yr old lady; god bless her, she's still kicking.

The panel's marked 100A.

Electric range. Hookup for electric clothes dryer.
The home was built in 1900.
