Double Tapped - Stranded vs Solid

Determining if a double tapped breaker terminal is accetable or not, depends only on wether or not the breaker is listed for 2 wires (i.e. SD & CH). Wether the conductor is stranded or solid does not matter (i.e. two stranded ok but two solids not...), correct?
