Feeder cables, penetration through box

Is this an acceptabel installation for the feeders in this service disconnect box. There are 2 one hundred amp breakers. Single family home built in 1997.

Those yellow fiitng look like bushing used in metal studs. They are not a listed connector for those cables. The cable needs to be secured to the enclosure.
