No flue for the fireplace

Inspected a house yesterday and it had a propane fireplace. No manufactures label so i can't look it up. There was no flue. This can't be right, just want to make sure before I write it up.

Remove or Document this is an Approved Properly Installed Vent-less Gas
Appliance.

Non vented gas appliance does not have the required installation instructions or a Manufactures Name Plate.
