Thats a first for me, and I am a pilot too. I stay away from the ritz-ee neighborhoods anyway.:D Wow. makes you wonder sometimes developers/realtors hire advertising companies, pay them to coordinate advertising campaign with alot of decision making on the agencies behalf, then somewhere afterwards their "specialists" we will call them come out to hang banners and such, and presto.

Very true....they will need 30 pieces of black flashing and good luck getting it under the shingles with the holes.
