Roughed in basement bathroom

I've never seen one quite like this before - is this just a roughed in drain for a bathroom?

Looks like a plastic "tub box" which is set in place when the slab is poured and (when removed) leaves a hole through the slab for the tub drain, the vertical pipe in the wall would be the vent for the tub trap.

All that insulation facing needs to be covered with gypsum board and NOT left exposed as that facing is a fire hazard - if you have not already written that you, you need to.
