E&O per use insurance

I am in the process of starting up a one man Home Inspection Business. I am looking to retire early, and do something I consider useful and fullfilling i.e. Home inspection. I have heard that there are some insurance companies that offer per use E & O insurance. My state only requires general liabliity, and I would like to have E&O , but to pay a years premium at the start up is cost prohibitive. any guidance ?? thanks

Do some checking around. Most companies offer payment plans monthly or quarterly. I used the payment plans the first couple of years and it worked out well
