How Inspectvue 4 realtor's names transfer to new computer

I just bought a new computer and install inspectvue 4 in it, everything I can tranfer to new computer but the realtor's name, if anyone who know how to transfer the realtor's name to new computer? thanks

Open Inspectvue, then go to the Help button, then Frequently asked questions, then Transferring Libraries. Follow the directions. The Realtors folder is in the Archive folder.

You can call tech support and they will also walk you thru it, but its pretty easy.

hi Jack, thank you for your reply, however, when I restore my library to new computer following the way in HELP step, my new computer show the realtor list is still nothing, would you let me know which folder name is relative to realtor list? thanks
