Hi All,

I am an experienced inspector that performs occupancy verification, insurance loss drafts, door knocks, routine inspections for Fannie and Freddie as well as BAC. As you may all know work is scarce.

Can anyone help me identify any companies subcontracting out of the metro atlanta, ga area for residential/commercial inspectors??

Thanks in advance :)

Hey Autumn, I was curious, do you verify occupancy of homes with mortgages thru FHA?

I am a PI and at one time was sub'ed by an out of state firm to take pics. of properties in my area. I believe these were for HUD/FHA.

I am trying to expand my business activity (read as: pay the bills) and wondered if door knocks, residency verification and such would be available to me and if so, how to go after this work. I also take some fine pics.

Iv'e done this type of inspections in the past and found them to be less than profitable for me.
