I think this is for a low voltage lighting system, not sure. Can this be double tapped.

If it's 120 coming out of a double tap to the transformer I don't think that it matters if the end result is low voltage lighting the breaker would have to be designed for a double tap (like a 30 or lower square D with the saddle).
