What is the correct name for this type of heating system? Uses gas. Located in a garage.

Commercial Garage? as in where repairs or light maintenance occurs? (i.e. classified location(s))? (looks like a vehicles exhaust evacuation system near/in front of/above the windows)

Gas fired low intensity radiant heat is the correct terminology.
