Yesterday I inspected a foreclosure. While I was checking the plumbing under the master sink, I noticed this package.
I think the former owner should have probably been more concerned about how run down his house was.

Jack, I sold RE for over 15 year. I don't know how many times I have come across Porn, Pills, and weed. Sometime even home made videos. Go figure.:confused:

How did you discover the home made videos? I dont usually have enough time to adequately test the facilities (know what I mean???)

I did happen across an adult "swing" once. Kind of weird, but who am I to judge........

Looks to be an educational picture showing that the paper side of the insulation is the incorrect way to install this type of insulation.

I see more porn at our local Safeway checkout stand then I've ever seen on this venue! If you're in this business long enough you will eventually run into samples of such on the top shelf of the master BR closet while you're accessing the attic hatch cover or peering under the master bath sink vanity. :o
