While the ICC Certification is mainly directed to study and review of the 2009 IRC Codes for the purpose of passing the ICC Combination Residential Inspector tests, many of you in the Home Inspection profession can benefit greatly from this seminar. In this presentation, reference is made to the 2006 IRC and to other legacy codes used in the CREIA MCI test. This presentation consists of over 600 slides (a .pdf version is yours to keep) with additional material from the Code Check series. Over 60 slides are directly related to legacy codes differences.
You can gain the fundamental knowledge of building codes which is one of the minimum standards we use when evaluating properties? Not that we quote code, but it’s the minimum in our reports. Use this seminar to help you learn how to take and pass the ICC Combination Residential Inspector exams and take your business to the next level?
